What is Mental Health?

We all have mental health, and we need to take care of it just like our physical health. It is widely known that one in four people will experience some form of mental health difficulty in any given year. Sometimes, mental ill health can be chronic or severe, requiring medical support to manage the symptoms. However, there is also much we can do as individuals to maintain our positive mental health and manage periods of mental ill health.
