Enrolment Information and Next Steps

We look forward to welcoming new students to Newcastle Sixth Form College. Only applicants with a confirmed application can attend enrolment, which is a face-to-face activity.

A Level Enrolment

Enrolment Days

All applicants are being invited to book their face-to-face enrolments.

New student enrolment for A Levels or Access Year 12 will take place on:

Thursday 21 August 2025 - 11.00am - 4.00pm (by appointment only)

Friday 22 August 2025 - 10.00am - 4.00pm (by appointment only)

Only applicants with a confirmed application can attend enrolment, which is a face-to-face activity. This includes a grades check, Information, Advice, and Guidance from a subject specialist, enrolment completion, and the distribution of a welcome information pack and next steps, all provided at the enrolment events.

Late applications

For applications received and acknowledged after GCSE results day on 22nd August, we will be holding late enrolment appointments at specific times between Tuesday, 26 August 2025, and Friday, 29 August 2025. These appointments are arranged in advance, and applicants will be advised what they need to bring with them to enrolment.

Details on how to book your enrolment are being sent to applicants and their next of kin, along with instructions on how to enrol if you are away on holiday during our enrolment sessions.

Subjects are available to all applicants with offers, subject to confirmation of grades. Therefore, all those who wish to study at Newcastle Sixth Form College this Autumn must contact us and confirm their enrolment at the earliest possible date.

Enrolment Documents Checklist

To ensure a smooth enrolment experience, please prepare and bring the following essential documents:

Exam Statement or Certificates: Include your exam results slip or any relevant certificates to showcase your academic achievements.
Proof of Identification: Please bring one form of identification, such as a valid passport or birth certificate, to verify your identity.
Recent School Report: Your most recent school report is essential for us to assess your academic background.
Interview Record Form: If you have attended an admissions appointment, don’t forget to bring your interview record form.

Preparing these items in advance will make the enrolment process much smoother and faster.
