ASPIRE
This acronym is designed to instill the desire to aim and achieve within our students, as well as reflecting key ideas for both our staff and students how to succeed both academically and within college life. For staff the acronym can also become PRAISE, which emphasises the importance of meaningful positive feedback to encourage our students.
Using the rainbow colours also reflects the importance of inclusion and diversity within the Sixth Form, alongside our use of rainbow lanyards.
